Trying to sign in to buy a new membership but it says email or password incorrect. Nothing has changed and I can log into the site using my email and password that I have had for some time. Thoughts? |

When I did mine, I had not logged into the new store, since it became the new store. I had to re-register or create a new PW. Once I did that, it went smooth. |
