If he wins, it will find unconstitutional similar laws in CA,NY, MD and other states that passed sensitive places law in response to Bruen. there is at least one national gun rights organization that has fund raised off of this case, but unfortunately that money went to the organization and not to the plaintiff’s attorneys |
