Last Thursday I did a little bit of trail running on hard, uneven, frozen ground. My left foot started to feel a bit numb. Ever since then my toes have tingled and felt a little numb. I do have a slight pain near my left calf that can only be felt when I press on it. For background, I don't run much, but walk and hike a lot. I had probably ran less than a mile when this happened. Does anyone have an idea of what I may have done and how to remedy it? I did take a massage gun to my left calf, but it didn't seem to do much. |
