| This week, I heard a group of third graders discussing "aliens" and debating whether they exist. I was very impressed and encouraged to see that children of this age are aware of the topic and curious about it. The message is getting out there and spreading. |

They did push the fear aspect in the 70s and then unwound it in the 80s with E.T. and went back to pretending nothing existed and it was everybody's imagination. It's like they get off on messing with people's heads. |

For one thing, there weren't nearly so many other explanations, such as drones, or satellites. Plus, there was no internet, and our brains didn't have the filters that are required for the endless steams of bullshit we have to wade through, now. |
