Stopped in an antique store the other day, and a little golden gem caught my eye. Turns out, it was a beautiful, like new in box, Gillette Aristocrat. Has a G date code (1961), which from what I've read, was the first year they introduced this generation of adjustable TTO Aristocrat. Will upload pics in a bit. I've shaved with other older Gillette TTOs (non adjustable), but nothing this nice. How'd I do? EDIT: Pic up now. Also looked at the date code again, it's a G-3. I also have the white cardboard box this came in as well. Not sure if the razor blades are correct for the package, but pretty cool regardless.

I came across one but not with the package and inserts. Well done! You use and enjoy the adjustables? My most recent shaves have been with a Shick Krona, which may be just a scarce, but not nearly as posh as your razor. You can get careless and go too quick with a Krona, and still be nick free. Even loaded with a Feather. |

The adjustables are definitely cool but once I found the right setting I never changed it again. That thing might be too pretty to shave with!
