The Jeffersons Ocean is similar although a bit more mellow. And she likes that one too. |

My first foray into Bourbon was (3) nights ago with a small glass of Jim Beam black label on a cube of ice......it was nice. Last night was the Beam white label on ice.......I liked it more - enough to have a couple glasses of that. Made the mistake of (2) ice cubes on that second glass though and it got watered down before I was done. I think I’m going to enjoy my Bourbon journey. |

It’s approximately 87,000 degrees here today so perfect for an after work Kentucky Mule or three. I usually like Wild Turkey 101 for mixing but my store was out so I picked up this OF 100 proof. Attached File |

Picked up some Larceny Barrel Proof today (B520). Been looking for it for awhile and finally found some. I’m not a huge fane of regular Larceny so it was tough to spend $50+ on the BP not knowing what I was getting. Not bad though. The finish is a little “harsh” if you drink it neat but not too bad... Still giving the nod to 1920 for my favorite easily obtainable in this price range. |

Nah, it’s not that great to me, especially for the price. I try another wheated bourbon every one in a while but have yet to find one I really love. I prefer the Eagle Rare 10 to the Weller 12. |

Everyone else raves about it so I thought I’d give it another try. Enjoyed it quite a bit more neat than on ice the first time I had it. I’ve been into the barrel proofs lately and the water usually helps, but I really don’t like anything in this one. |
