| I sold my previous keyboard in 2002. Now I want a new one for hobby use. I need recommendations for a multi voice synthesizer with MIDI (in/out) via USB. I have been away for so long, I used to get Electronic Musician magazine in the mail. I would like to keep it under $300 if possible. Suggestions? |

Do you want an actual synthesizer with internal synth processor? Or just need a MIDI controller that you will connect to a computer with a soft synth? Do you want 88 keys? Weighted keyboard? Or smaller with synth type action? Probably not possible to get a full synth for $300 unless you get a screaming deal on a used unit. You can get some keyboard controllers to use with soft synths or low end digital pianos that have USB for around $400. |
