I’d heard about this maybe late last year and found that the guys involved have dropped the first few episodes. Interesting from both a behind-the-scenes of Hollywood angle, but also from how connected is the government to Hollywood, and how much do they influence productions of UFO movies and shows angles. Bout 20 mins into episode 2… a little spottier than the first ep but still, bumping to the top for now while I wait for some other pods to drop. Interesting to catch a little behind the scenes about how shows and movies (and games) are made. If Spielberg’s got his name on something, it seems like he’s actually involved even if it’s just a directional meeting. Tobey Hooper (a name they drop; evidently a director) was convinced that Spielberg was visited by - and made a deal with - government personnel who wanted to slow-disclose NHI via popular media. And then years later, so were the two hosts of SL&F. |

They tied in Spielberg showing E.T. to Ronald Reagan, who is reported to have said “there are 2 people in the room that know how real this is.” (Paraphrased) … which then tied back to one of the guys having been disclosed to by someone high-up in the Reagan administration. This is something they’re going to address in a later episode (of course!) but should be very interesting. |

I am enjoying these guys discussion on their history with the show “Dark Skies” And if any of you haven’t seen the TV show before, or not seen it since it came out thirty years ago (time flies man), get yourself a DVD set off ebay or something like that. The show has never streamed, and the dvd set is out of production. I got a new in box still wrapped in cellophane for about $25 last week. I liked the show as I recall. And it was a bit dark. I wonder if part of their agenda is to call out for J.C? Try to get him to come out even if just a little after all these years, if he is still alive. And who at NBC or the studio knew who in the govt to hand off their advance copies to? |

Ep 4 is out and it’s about Carl Sagan and his book/movie Contact… one of the interesting mirrors that came to mind while listening, is that both Contact and Three Body Problem use a similar mechanism to achieve communication: planting visions/plans/memories in our computers and brains to advance our abilities. The behind the scenes about Hollywood works is an interesting adjunct.

Latest was good; the guys were also just on Reality Check with Ross due to Bryce having worked with him for a couple years. Looks like they’re building to something good, and are hoping for a second season. Evidently they have enough to go on, plus what they said on Reality Check, that they’re hoping to encourage people to step forward with their own stories of working in Hollywood and being approached by government three-letter-agency types to help with slow-drip disclosure. Latest ep was about Disney and how they may have worked with the government to proliferate movies with the idea of aliens/UFOs. Evidently there was a big push in the mid-90s that Disney funded and put their name on, including a two week long (!) conference with all the biggest names at the time in attendance … that was only attended by a couple dozen people. Anyone heard of or remember that? |

I can't remember everything about the movie even though we probably had to sit through it with our grandsons at least 30 times was Wall-E. It was about the earth had turned into mountains of trash and humans were loaded onto spaceships resembling cruise ships and had been in space for 100's of years while these little robots cleaned up the planet. Nothing could live on the planet any longer. Then they had these little probes they sent down from time to time searching for any signs of life. Wall-E found a plant and hid it and took care of it. He was alone on the planet because all the other robots had quit working it had been so long. He found and fell in love with one of the probes named E-V. Long story short the ships computer tried to hide the fact life had started on earth again but in the end the humans started repopulating earth and planting food. Very cute but also very dystopian enviro type movie. Our grandpups that are both rescues just happened to be named Wally and Evy so of course we now call them Wall-e and E-V lol  WALL•E | Trailer | Official Disney Pixar UK |

Newest ep is with Ernie Cline, who wrote Ready Player One … second half delves into interesting territory about Steven Spielberg and his alien movies - and what he may or may not know that he is slowly divulging via his movies and TV shows. Very thought provoking discussion on whether writers can be - at some level - remote viewers and potentially, unwittingly, record reality in their imaginings. |

Very much like Idiocracy, get everybody fed and lazy and entertained and they won't care what happens or where it happens. That Wall-E intro was funny ludicrous back when it came out (both everybody so fat and everybody going to space seemed equally unrealistic to the point a cartoon was funny for all ages) , now we see it is real with everybody watching their screens and consuming as planned. I never thought there'd be people so fat they'd need a battery powered vehicle to move them around, the extra wide ones that could hold 2 normal sized humans, and now those are normal but the motors in them have got to be super high powered out of a Tesla car or something. Saw one a while ago with her daughter and she had a giant tablespoon and was chomping down a gallon of ice cream while in the store. Absolutely no idea how she could pay for the amount of calories required to stay over what had to be 400+ lbs.,the SNAP doesn't give that much free money as I know SD is on the lower end while Minnesota has food cards and clothing cards and no sales tax for people using those cards. People in checkouts from MN complain about how SD is so "mean to poor people". I've mentioned this before but here's a few bars around me that people want me to go to and don't drink so I'm just the driver. Go in and there will be a good number of people in there but over half the tables have 4+ people art them and all of the are looking at their phones, every single one Sometimes one will chuckle and send what they laughed at over to the others but the idea of talking out loud on what they're watching or getting up and playing darts or even Nintendo Wii bowling (which is still awesome) or pinball and all the other stuff at bars, but they're all sitting alone together and bliissfully happy. I find it strange, younger generations find it normal, they've get everybody tuned in so they like what Big Brother wants them to watch more than talking to people literally in contact distance in a fairly quite area. |

Newest ep “All about the woo” is excellent. They’re building this show well. This one has less (almost nothing) to do with UFOs and more with the “woo-woo” concepts in general. I hadn’t realized how much one of the hosts - Brent Friedman - has with the woo. Near death experiences, including a moment with “The Hag”. It’s a good one. |

| From what I listened to seemed a little rehearsed, like maybe they have a new show coming out. They were at a release party for a few hours yet they had time to be alone with JC and the one guys wife still had her purse to pull out a deposit envelope to write down the message. Go figure. |

Well, we know who has and who hasn't studied the occult, and it's symbolism. Variants of this go back thousands of years. This is a Hindu version that maps out the chakras. Starting at the bottom, the square represents earth, the moon is lunar or femine energy aka Ida, downward triangle is water, hexagram represents the heart, the seed with lines represents the throat. Ajna (pronounced anja) is the third eye. and the sun represents solar or masculine energy (Pingala). The two paths are Ida and Pingala. Up at the top is 3u snake sorta thing, that is The Om, it's the crown chakra. This is a map, energy starts at the bottom, moves up through the chakras, breaks through the veil of illusion to reach Turiya, the highest state of consciousness. |

They took that concept and put LA as the background. The ship itself also wasn't seen in that event on Phoenix lights since it was so bright people were flash blind and it was gone by the time people were able to look. |
