You can mess around on any decent modern PC with MSFS. There are add ons that integrate in into MSFS that open up a whole new experience. There are 3rd party designers for AC and liveries. You can program in flights via SimBrief https://www.simbrief.com/home/ Besides the software there is hardware. You can use MSFS with a standard MKB setup and go up from there depending on what AC he enjoys flying. People get real instrumentation and intergrade it into their sim setup. People turn into rooms into a simulator. The hard part with simulators like MSFS is they are pretty resource intensive. The better PC you can get him the better. The bad part is PC components are mostly extremely high priced right now. |
