Yeah. They're damned good. Every time I get thrown in jail they make sure the cuffs are not too tight and I don't bang my head when the stuff me into the cruiser. They don't call me names and drive carefully when they take me to the station. In fact I always tip the arresting officer $5. (I am BLESSED with a good department.)
