Just a headsup. The ATF has not officially acknowledged that NFA doesn't actually work any more. A Texas judge said it's not valid. Cool. It's all still on the Federal Register right now Maybe we are done, maybe not. Right now you are unlikely to be criminally prosecuted... probably.... right now. |

Texas ( like the other states in the lawsuit) did not sue on behalf of its residents. It sued in behalf of its state agencies. Therefore unless you both are cops of some sort, GOA members, etc. you are not in fact covered by the court order. My SOT told me the FATF has until 10/16 to clarify this I’ve already bought several cans from SS and transferred all of them on a 4473 When I asked him if my wife could legally possess the above cans when I die, he said in theory yes because they were transferred like a firearm but he wasn’t totally sure Hopefully we’ll have answers in a few weeks |

There is a ton of association and commercial plaintiffs included within the ruling to include: GOA, SilencerShop, etc. You dont need to be both a cop and other shit. You only need to be a member or customer of one of the plaintiffs. |
| I purchased a suppressor from a Texas dealer last week, the email I received from them stated "since there are no NFA items included, it looks like we have everything we need to get your order processed" which I found interesting. My LGS called this afternoon and said come and get it. |
