Good morning everyone, I am Mollie -- Sharps daughter. To be totally transparent, I don't really know the rules here and am incredibly sorry if I am breaking them. But I know that my dad was an avid browser of these boards, and they mean a lot to him. I just wanted to share that he passed away on Sunday after a short battle with an aggressive Lymphoma known as DBLCL Large Cell Lymphoma. He was an incredible man, and his love for guns, humor & our constitution were second to none. He has left one hell of a legacy for me and my little boys to live up to. The pain we are feeling at his loss is incredible. Seeing that he has been on these boards for well over a decade, I wanted to let you all know. I will likely check back intermittently, but I know he did develop a few friendships and met some of you on his many adventures throughout the country... Prayers to you and the family. We may fight, bicker, and holler here between us sometimes but that's what extended families do. In the end, we are here because we have a kindred spirit with our brother firearm owners. RIP. |

Deepest condolences for the loss of your father. He was a respected member of our community, and his presence will be greatly missed by many. I know that words may offer little comfort during this difficult time, but please know that our thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. |
