I have a shared computer on the production floor that about 5 members enter data into.   IT gave us a generic account with very limited access to anything.  The production members often forget to save or we have updates and half a days worth of scrap data is lost.   I'd like to get them to enter their data in SharePoint to prevent these issues and allow the other areas of the shop to monitor scrap in real time.  IT cannot issue Microsoft licenses without an email address.  I do not want to issue them emails or have to do all the training that is required with issuing an email.  Is there an IT approved work around to this?  An idea  I can go to IT with and have them implement.

Still requires a license.

OP, is there a way they can enter data on a file that is saved to OneDrive? That has auto-save enabled as well as version tracking. Would have to be tied to one actual Microsoft account though.
