Have been wearing a 007 for about five years. Initially this watch ran a touch quick, adjust 1-2X / month. Something has happened recently and now running a smidge slow. Where can I send this thing for service and also, replace the crystal [daily wear scratched up]. |
| Most any decent watchmaker can regulate it and replace the crystal. Do you have a local Seiko dealer that also has a watchmaker on staff? They could also send it to Seiko for repair, as my local dealer did this for me last month. It was an older kinetic seiko, and they replaced the capacitor and sent it back within 3 weeks. |

We always recommended customers send in their Seiko's themselves, because Seiko returns customers send-ins faster then they do from a store. For top service send it to Seiko Service Center....... https://www.seikoserviceusa.com/ If it's 5 years old it's probably due for a clean and oil, service, and new case gaskets to preserve water resistance. |
