it's the way they've come up with to get around the PLCA protections. there is an exemption in the law for negligence (which is supposed to mean in the design/manufacture of a gun or ammo). antis have stretched that to include what they call "negligent marketing." basically, if something is done to portray guns in a positive light, it's "negligent marketing" and it contributed to someone using a gun in a crime |
