We get quite a few questions about this at accounts@. If you want to save a sent copy of your IM, you have to check "save copy in sent folder". |

I often remember it right after I click send. It would be extremely helpful if this defaulted to ON instead of OFF. Or at least a profile option to be able to select which default. Most of us are accustomed to having sent things (email, text, etc) default to saving the sent message, so it's very easy to forget to click the box before sending. The fact that "quite a few" people ask about it indicates it is a problem for many. |
