SCOTUS influence over inferior courts? - Page 1

LamePostCount Member Joined Jul 2021 Posts 757 EE 0% (0) USA	Posted: 4/10/2024 8:30:25 AM EDT With so many inferior courts flouting the Bruen and Heller, what power, if any, does SCOTUS have to reign in the lower courts? Injunction after injunction is being stayed despite the obvious constitutional grounds upon which they stand. It's like pissing into the wind at this point.

The USSC also, to my knowledge, has never punished a lower court although they have the authority to do so
