I noticed that the Resume Reading link works differently from the Subscriptions page vs a forum listing.  It’s correctly opening a new tab from subscriptions, but it’s opening in the current tab from forums …

Sorry if this is in the wrong place.

That's how it has always worked.

Use the center mouse button (click the wheel down) or right click on the link and go to new tab, or use the CTRL key on the keyboard and click (depending on browser).

Sorry, but that’s a bad answer.  It should open a new tab like it does elsewhere.
