This is actively happening.

A guy sent me a PM and the same PM keeps duping and hitting my inbox and firing off emails. They appear to be 10-15 seconds apart.

I was under the impression if you ignore someone, they can't send a PM to you.

I'm not sure. This isn't about that, the system duplicated a PM a bunch of times in rapid succession.
