Some years back I made a gift of an early 20's Gillette Bostonian with box and blade case to a friend. Not quite in this fine of shape but the razor was beautiful. It's returned to me after the death of my friend, and I'm reminded what a fucking awesome razor this is. Open combs aren't lethal, they're awesome. I'm going to have to give this a lighter touch though, it has a a lot more weight than my old fat-handled New short comb. |
