Because this is the first SFDR Legacy placement, (and because Reed gets so carsick) we are making a special celebration of it! Jordan is personally delivering Reed to his new home in Virginia, and since the kids are so attached to Reed, everyone wanted to go along for the trip. Come along with us as we take this one-of-a-kind journey! ~Kitties Reed is Patiently waiting and helping me pack for our trip to his new forever home

     Had to stop for freedom fries from mark and have a picnic!! Finally made it to the hotel !! Reed was perfect in the car ride aside from a few stinky farts lol Reeds first walk on the beach he left his paw prints in the sand and on my heart One more night Reed and you will be with your forever family!!! |

Mrs. Pelican 34 and Reed's future Mom here. I cannot thank you enough for making this journey. We are ready for Mr. Reed and pray the transition to our home is a smooth and happy one. Can't say that I'm not glad he's getting those freedom fries out of his system before arrival. For all you folks that have helped and/or offered to help - thank you from the bottom of my heart. It looks like Mr. Reed's temperament embodies the heart and soul of this community. If anyone has left messages or asked questions that we missed, forgive us. We possess many skills, but technology fluidity is NOT one of them. |

@pelican34 and his wife got us the most perfect, beautiful spot to stay at !! Right on the beach and in front of the most beautiful view !!!  Thank you guys so so much !! This trip is absolutely perfect!!! Cause of the amount of dogs I have at home and the rescue events, not wanting to leave my hospice dogs and all the dog rescues in between, I don’t take my girls on vacation like most parents do, so being able to give them this amazing trip, and wonderful memories,thank you will never be enough to show how much this means to me!! |
