I never heard of it before, but it is a black powder cartridge still used in cowboy action shooting. I couldn't get past the yodeling, but yes, 44 Russian has been around a very long time, classic cartridge, found in S&W Schofields as the original Russian revolvers some time. Don't know much about it, but I think it is still available here and there. Edit to add, even MidwayUSA still has some in stock. |
