| My nephew got me some and I'm gonna grill it up this weekend. Simple salt and pepper prep. Anyone else cook this before? |

Pichana is probably one of our favorite cooks for steak. I had never heard of it until I met my Venezuelan friend maybe 8 years back. He had several Argentinian friends that he visited often so he was exposed to a lot of their cooking preferences. When he got me hooked on cooking it we couldn’t get enough. As a matter of fact, we cooked one last night. I usually cut it into steaks against the grain and go with a simple salt/pepper. Unbelievable flavor. |
