Pulled into the truck stop Circle K last night to park for a few minutes and walk to the Chick-Fil-A next door for a sandwich. Spotted this beauty. You don’t see too many 359s anymore, especially not as clean as this one.
 Attached File Attached FileI had pulled in there thinking my truck was looking sharp. I should’ve parked across the street.  Wonder what she’s got under there? Big cam Cummins? CAT 3406? Maybe even a 3408? Definitely not a Detroit, since that vintage would’ve had a 2 stroke Detroit. The idle would’ve given that away. |

Here’s the other one. Neither one is used for work anymore. But they both used to.
This one has the big cam Cummins (with Jakes retrofitted) and a 13 speed. They still enter it in a truck show each year. Usually takes the ride on the back of the lowboy though.  Attached File Attached File |
