I have a Pelagos 42 and love it for its simplicity, matte titanium, ruggedness, and general bad-assitude but the bracelet sucks. I love the taper on the bracelet but the links are really square and it's just not comfortable. For an expensive watch this is not acceptable. The clasp is also disappointing. The quick adjust is good but the spring loaded part is useless unless you're wearing a wetsuit. I don't wear wetsuits. So let's pick a new strap. I'm looking for either rubber, sail cloth, canvas, or something like that. Nothing cheap and I'd like a deployment clasp. NATOs are cool but I'm leaning toward a buckled strap of some kind. what do you guys think? |

My second favorite is the jubilee-style bracelet from Uncle Straps, though. It was a big improvement over the stock bracelet from a comfort standpoint. Attached File |

Incorrect. The pelly bracelet is fantastic and the spring setting also works if you wear it while lifting weights, so there. That said, I have been looking at some of the Uncle Seiko options and if I ended up doing anything I think it would be there. Maybe using my original clasp, too. |

Ask me how I know lol. The one piece you found might actually be the extension that fits on the rubber strap. |
