It looks like the site will accept a password longer than 20 characters when you register, and you can use that long password to login, but when you change your email address and enter that password to verify the email change, it fails. I was able to change my email by using the first 20 characters of my password as a workaround. My site suggestion is consistency in password fields. Either truncate password entry to 20 characters before comparing across the board, or do data validation on passwords when users register to make sure it follows the rules, and give an error message about password length or other rules. |

We made some changes to the password requirements and inputs last year. Not sure if something got hung up in there. I can ping the devs to have them take a look. |
