Kind of a busy day at work but trying to keep up here and X a bit. Holy shit they are absolutely melting down on X. Doubling down on everything that cost them the election. Straight up delusional and arguing away facts by everyone basically telling them why they lost. They just cannot cope or fathom they were used and lied to.

These people are simply insane. I'm involved in a number of music/musician communities online, and predictably, there's a lot of left-leaning types (to put it mildly) around. A few are claiming that Trump's previous administration was directly responsible for the deaths of people they personally knew, and that they now expect to meet their own demise under the new administration.  The other thing that is that most of them assume that they are in a space where everybody agrees with them completely 100% on such matters, and continue operating on that basis even when others try to gently inform them otherwise. |
