Evening All, I was wondering if anyone would be interested in helping out with the printing of these two project items that I am currently working on. While I would love to invest in a 3D Printer at this moment, it looks like that will have to wait until after New Years 2026. No sure if I am doing this request right or not... I am working on my 1st gen sequoia getting it ready for more overlanding camping trips. I am installing an Auxbeam 8 gang for the accessories. I am looking to put it in the sunglass holder over my head. Below is a photo I pull from the google machine. Ive found the STL for the panel to be mounted by the 4h-4L shifter, but that is kind of a reach. Attached File Haven't gone down the 3D printer rabbit hole. Thanks. |

Would someone be able to print these side rails for a radio? They will be bolted to the radio to use in a manpack/go bag. Color is not important, but handling heat and cold, and life in a pack would be. Not interested in the one piece, being able to just use the side rails without the feet is good. Have an upcoming project with my students. We are making planes out of pizza boxes. I have an STL for an motor mount for little 8mm coreless motors. Would love to have it enlarged for 8520 motors and maybe lightened a bit. Would really love to see lightweight options to clip it into cardboard, foam board, 4mm corrugated plastic, ect. We can print them. |

A a link to the STL or a picture might be helpful. Do you need the mount to be attached without hardware/tools? Is glue an option? Will the prop be off the end of the mounted surface or does the mount need to provide clearance from the surface where the mount is attached? Simplest removable mount would probably be attachment via screws & a backer plate. Attached File Attached File The example here being a 2 part motor clamp & a backer plate. M3 cap head screws would be used in assembly. Top down for the clamp, bottom up for backer plate to clamp. Typical wall thickness is 2mm, 4mm at the clamp bottom where screws are engaged. |

I will email in the file, just let me know where. My wife was diagnosed with Stage 4 Triple Negative Breast Cancer, which isn't usually treated except with palliative care. If she had listed to the first group of doctor's and not fought for aggressive treatment, she would be dead instead of cancer free closing in on a year post treatment. Her treatment will help set a new standard protocol in years to come because she refused to be written off. |

I hope this is the right place to post this. If not I apologize. I once saw a 3D printed mini camera mount for a PVS14 night vision device. I’ve reverse searched the image and can not find it anywhere. I’d like to record my night hikes in the future. I thankfully saved a photo of the actual product but do not have any other info. I thought about sending it to a company to make but I don’t have CAD. I do really need to get my own printer at some point but home space is limited. Well hope someone can take a look at this and either help make or point me in the right direction. Thanks all!

I have request if anyone is interested. I need a couple of Guy wire rings made for a mast holder for my Antenna. My idea is take a 4' or almost 4' length of PVC pipe and put a few Guy wires on it at the top, to to hold it up, then put my mast in it and then a few more guys a bit higher on the mast itself... I have several tow straps Ive used as Guy wires with Carabiners on each end, one end will be for the tent pegs, the other will connect to the ring on the PVC Pipe. I tried to accomplish this with a Radiator clamp (or 2) around the pipe and the Carabiners and I did not like it. I would like to try it with a ring that I can quickly attach the carabiners or hooks too. I'm hoping that it would be strong enough for what I'm wanting to do. If I get a few of these 3d printed and it works well, but fails, I may send the design off to one of those places that will laser it out of some type of steel. I'm wanting these for field day coming up end of June and for some POTA activations. I looked at some sets of these online and none of them are really the right size for my needs. I don't have a cad program but I whipped up a crappy design in Paint and posted it below. Not perfect, but I think it conveys the idea. @scul, You made me some battery terminal covers for the XS Power (Car Audio Batts) in my truck last year and I loved them.. Not sure if you are interested in doing something again, or someone else... Anyone interested, feel free to DM me or email me. It was suggested that I ask this question in this thread: Does anyone here do laser engraving on wood? I'm looking to have an image of AF wings etched/engraved onto a 3" wooden disc. I'm pre-planning my burial arrangements (no, I'm not sick or dying yet!) and want to by buried with my wings...but they can't be metal since it's a natural burial and all items must be biodegradable. If no one does it here, can anyone point me to someone that does? Thanks! |

I have zero ability to design something that can't be edited easily in Bambu or Qidi studios using primitives, but I would like to make a thread protector for my Jmac Customs brakes that double as suppressor mounts. 1.125x28 UNEF threads, approximately ½" long preferably with external knurling. Does anyone want to take up the task?

Edit…..I’m an idiot. I see it’s on Thingi. Sure, what color? For that, I would go with PETG. It’s not taking any shock and needs to have a little UV resistance. Have both filaments, whichever you prefer. |

I need a STL or 3mf for a 2 rail offset to 3 rail 1913 or picatinny adaptor riser. something like the uzi pro stock adaptor. Attached File but looks like this and is radiused like an ar15 beavertail grip on one side something like this. bad ms paint picture I plan on using m5 hardware. Attached File Thanks. Can someone split a .step file for me? Its a 10" (8.75") rack mount for Raspberry Pi blade servers. Splitting into 2 halves would work for now, I am thinking that adding rack ears for the back of my 10" rack will also be needed.
