Portland has some half-assed lights on the drag strip and not much for the rest of the course. There must be critically important football or goff match determining the start time. Maybe dick-weed NASCAR will use the excuse of it getting dark at night as their reason for dumping Portland for 2026. |

Is anyone going to the New Hampshire race? Has anyone been before? I have a few questions: What is traffic like in the area? We are trying to show up around driver introductions and leave after the checkered. I know to park near the exits to be one of the first to leave to avoid the parking lot jam. How long of a walk is it from the stands to the parking lots? Which parking lot should we try to go into? We will be heading back to the Portland Maine area then up to the Acadia area after the race, is it better to park so you exit to the north or exit to the south? From what I understand the parking lots only let you exit one way, so you have to choose the correct parking lot when we get there. How do you know which parking lot to choose? What is the best route home (which will dictate north/south) When arriving to the race what should be expect for traffic especially if we are getting there right around the start time. We are obviously not from the area. |
