| I'm getting it set up, but it won't receive text messages, especially the notices that say to push this button to finish registering. Anyone got any ideas? |

Did you do a full reset before setting up the used phone with your account? Is the phone unlocked? Is do not disturb turned off? If the answer is yes, more info may help debug. Can you make and receive calls? Does mobile data (not wifi, 5G data) work? Can you send texts but not receive? Basically, narrow down the connectivity problem to find the root cause. |
