Need some new bitters for cocktails. Mainly Old Fashioneds but can branch out.

Tried the usual Angostura and Peychauds. Whatcha got?

That's my number one choice, their Cherry bitters is number #2.

As others have mentioned in other threads, if you're making old fashioned cocktails, substitute good maple syrup instead of the simple sugar.

Also use good cherries, Amarena, Luxardo or Starlino brands.

All of the above plus chocolate….and peach.

I’ve heard of lemon and lime in old fashioneds.

I use orange and lime in margs.

Black walnut.

On a side note I usually use luxardo, but i was running low when our Costco clearanced out the 1 kg (35.2 oz) Amarena for $7.97.

I bought 2.

I found that just a couple drops of chocolate goes a long way.
