I believe the idea is it sequesters evidence by removing it from intelligence products that may have captured UAP on/in sensor data and stuffing it away into a SAP. |
Matthew had stated in one of the earlier episodes or maybe that was actually on X after further thought, something about Elon was no where close to having AI that the Whitehouse had that was somehow forecasting the future. Now we know they already have sentient AI running or at least helping run the show and that to me is kind of frightening that it already exist and has now for at least a decade.
