PLEASE make sure to include a clear photo of your card/subscription/etc that shows your membership level as well as your username so we know who to add it to. I am typically slow in letting you know if it's not clear enough, so if you aren't upgraded within 48 hours, resend the request and make sure you include the photo and username!!!
