I've had two IBG Epiphone Les Pauls for a while. i had planned on upgrading one to a Gibson and then this thing showed up used on GC. The price was right so I hear she is. Lo and behold another Epiphone. I'm a huge metallica fan and butcher the hell out of Hetfield riffs. I don't play much lead stuff but Kirk has always struck me as a guy that's just happy to be alive and nerding out on guitars. So I pulled the trigger on this Hammett Flying V. It's straight out of Kell 'em All and Ride the Lightning. This thing plays Creeping Death all by itself. It plays really fast and sounds killer.Attached File |

Nowhere near the provenance of an IBG Epi but a fun Metallica inspired Snakebyte knockoff I call Fakebyte i picked up cheap before the tariff thing... HB EX-84 EMG 81/60, SS frets, Ebony board, set neck, mahogany construction with insanely good fretwork for a budget guitar. Only added some Guyker locking keys because the HB tuners were complete dogshit. $429 shipped while HB still had a US Reverb store. I think they are $499 now  . Attached File Attached File |

It's definitely my most fun guitar. Put on the Mesa/Plexi rig in my modeler and throw down
