I can view images I've uploaded fine if I click each one, but in the grid view shows all placeholders, like so: edit - apparently the filename length bug has also never been fixed, second attempt:  Is this me or a bug? Thanks! |

Firefox 144.0 on Mac, ublock origin but this happens with ad blocking turned off. I don't expect everything to work with ad blocking turned on, but if this would just when I want to manage my uploads that's plenty close enough. For that I'll just turn it off temporarily. Thanks! |

If you click one of those files with no thumb does it load ok? Can you share the first image that isn't showing a thumbnail in here? I checked through your files and everything uploaded and created thumbnails file. The only thing I can think is that those may be the webp files you were trying to upload that could not upload or create thumbnails so they may just be ghost files which can be cleaned up. Let's step through and see what the issue is and go from there. |

OK so most likely those images were uploaded when you were non-team and they were attachments. We store them as media in case you upgrade, but the thumbnails are not generated. To fix this, go to that page with all the missing thumbnails, scroll to the bottom and click on SELECT ALL, then click the icon to generate new thumbnails. (See image below for which icon generates the thumbnails.)

But if you don't mind, I don't either ;) Did it generate the majority of thumbs? Some files it does have issues with thumbs, but should create a default one. You can try individually too for anything stubborn. The 500 error most likely is a timeout that isn't being handled properly. (Possibly a connection timeout because it takes time per thumb.) Let me know how it goes and if any are stubbornly not working. |
