Tater absolutely had to be held a certain way. Same as Casey, would squirm around until I got him just right. |

Have a funny new year day story. I cleaned out the refrigerator and had some chicken fat from chickens I had roasted. I put it and some other stuff in the trash. There was quite a bit of chicken fat accumulated from probably 3 roasted chickens, it almost filled up a quart mason jar. There was also various and sundry food scraps. Later we all (me and beagles) went into the bedroom to wind down and snuggle. At some point I noticed Lucy was not in the room. It was too quiet so I went to the den. I saw the trash can was knocked over and the inedible trash on the floor, but no Lucy. I got my flashlight and went into the yard. Lucy was sitting by her pile of chicken fat vomit looking guilty. I tried to pick it up with the poop scoop but only succeeded in spreading the throw up, it was too drippy and greasy to stay in the scoop. I had to force her to go in the house because she wanted to stay out and stand guard over her chicken throw up. It was late and my plan was to deal with it the next morning by somehow burying it in one of the many holes that she dug. The next morning I went out to deal with it and it was like it never existed. No trace at all. This is a pic of the guilty party, I don't think she felt very well. She says she has no regerts Attached File |
