Attached File Rarest!!! E21 - Telephone Announcement, 1981 (Read the description) One of the rarest number stations! E21 was first heard in 1981. The station usually broadcasts four figures of numbers. Occasionally he broadcasts five. This very rare recording was made on April 20, 1981. A sort of answering machine, with a synthesized voice, transmits strange sequences of numbers in an absolutely unusual and unique way. The purpose of this transmission remains a mystery, and it is also the first and only broadcast message of this type.
