To renew your membership, hit the store link in the navigation bar or visit https://shop.ar15.com. Please note that this store uses a separate system from AR15.com, your AR15.com login credentials will not work here. You can create a login on the store to track your purchases, but this is not necessary. When adding a membership to your cart, be sure to enter your AR15.com username into the username field on the product page. It will ping the server to verify the account exists. Once verified, add to cart and proceed to check out. ![]() If you see a red error message, it means the username wasn't found, double-check for typos before continuing. ![]() Again, You do not need to log in to purchase just proceed through checkout as a guest. If you're still having issues purchasing a membership, please post here or tag @Stylz and @Nvrbrdwes ETA - 6/11/25 there is a known issue where some memberships purchased are not showing immediately on this site. We are working with our devs on this and it should be resolved soon. -nvrbrdwes -RESOLVED -nvrbrdwes 6/11/25 |

I've been having this issue for a few weeks now. I select the Gold membership renewal, enter my username (grflick), get the approval to proceed (valid user name), and when I add the membership renewal to the cart I get a pop-up error box reading: TypeError: Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'error') And then I'm dead in the water. Help! --Gene Flick (grflick) |

Thanks. Posting my reply here in case it proves helpful to others while you guys troubleshoot. To my knowledge, I'm not blocking scripts, but my Norton Security software sometimes has a mind of its own, so I can't 100% guarantee that. I have reproduced the troublesome behavior using latest versions of Chrome, FireFox, and Microsoft Edge on my desktop Windows PC. HOWEVER, everything went fine when I renewed using Safari on my iPhone. So I'm good for another year. |
