Mauser1's ex wife asked me to pass this on.
It has been 20 days since Jeff passed away and he is missed.
I wanted to reach out to each of you, his AR15 family to say THANK YOU. Thank you for your thoughts, prayers, the gorgeous flowers for Jeff's service and the ginormous generosity of the gofundme page. You have no idea how much these all have impacted Mackenna and I. When Jeff moved in with us he would stay up most of the night. I would get up to check on him and only to find him on his computer with his AR15 family. We would talk into the night about how much he enjoyed his family, making people laugh, listening and maybe even making a difference in someones life. I found joy in knowing he had something positive to bring him happiness. I can say he truly cared for each and every one of you. Having always been the first to step up to help someone expecting nothing in return I can only tell you how blown away we both are at the abundant generosity of each of you. I have never sobbed with such a full heart in my life. Because of your love and donations we were able to fulfill Jeff's last wishes and give him the dignified send off he so deserved and Mackenna will receive a specially made necklace of his final heart beat we were fortunate enough to have received on paper. He died young true, but he did make a huge impact on each and every one of us who were blessed to know him. With a grateful and full heart always Lisa chandler. |
