Maybe they are waiting for @nolocontendere to petition the court for the Antonyuk case again, since Antonyuk is Bruen II. And NY/the 2nd circuit already ignored SCOTUS when they GVR'd Antonyuk once. Nolo can petition SCOTUS again by January 22nd...but we may just go back to federal district court instead. Although I don't see a downside with asking scotus again. |
