i had my first new car in 2008 tinted with a good grade of tinting. never had an issue bought another car in 2018 bought comproable and the same shop installed it. and its been a disaster, the back window peeled after 5 years. lifetime warranty is only good if the installer shop stays open, they are no longer doing cars. 2 local shops suggested contacting Madico directly, i did. never heard back after a week. went to my email sent items and resent the email. they replied back the next day i could get a refund and to provide my address. i did. its been 9 days. still no check am i being unreasonable for 9 days? is Madico Wincos a bad tint product? |

Most businesses work around 30 day billing cycles. Some businesses have check runs once a week or even once every two weeks. Expecting a check in 9 days is unreasonable. |
