Yesterday I fixed the master bathtub faucet as the temperature control knob was loose. Wife told me today it wasn't getting hot enough (I knew I didn't get things back just how they were), so I went up and fiddled until I had it set up for scald your flesh from your bones hot. if she screams I'll know it's hot enough for her.

Good enuf. I've had the same experience. Not sure if the non-stock hoses are smaller or what. Of course you can't find the constant tension clamps anywhere. I'd prefer those, maybe some day I'll be able to source them. Those tools are pretty slick aren't they? I also have a pair of exhaust hanger pliers which are handy. |
