My son is attending a University in Texas and has lived at his apartment for almost 12 months. In March of this year my wife received an offer to continue the lease for the next year, July 22 2026-2027. She signed the lease and the guarantor and my son as the tenant. My wife received the new lease starting July 22, 2026 on March 6th and signed it on March 11th. She received confirmation that the new lease was accepted. On June 30th my wife received a notice that the lease for next year was being terminated due to my son not signing the lease. The Apartment office stated they tried to call my son 5 times. He has no record of the calls nor did they attempt to call my wife. No notification was sent by email or the post office either. The management office did not return multiple calls that my wife and son made. Any suggestions? |
