Hitchcock for the win!
I watched The Lady Vanishes (1938) directed by Alfred Hitchcock, about a woman that disappears on a train trip and her aquaintance/ traveling companion that tries to find her a good Hitchcock thriller, and the last of his English films before he came to work for the US studios |

today I watched another Hitchcock film - Spellbound (1945)
starring Ingrid Bergman and Gregory Peck about a Psychiatrist (Bergman) that falls in love with an amnesiac (Peck) while working at a mental institution Trivia: Hitchcock makes a cameo in the film during a scene at the Empire State Hotel about half way through the film. His cameo appearances would become such a distraction for his movie audiences (looking for his appearance) that he would move them further to the beginning of his films so as not to distract from the storyline (from the film historians audio commentary) |

Some of the stunts were REALLY Dumb. Edited to add: There are two things I'd like to know: The first is how many cars got smashed to one extent or another during the many car chases. The second is: How many Zoltan's were involved in the production of the movie? I always stick around to see the End Credits. Every once in a while there is a little something tacked onto the very ending of the movie. Like the first Ironman movie. This time I saw the name Zoltan rolled out every few seconds. I counted at least 5 that I know of. How many did I miss

Also recently watched So Undercover. Miley Cyrus as a young PI recruited by the FBI to go undercover in a college Sorority to protect the daughter of an accountant/key witness against the Georgian Mafia (former-Soviet, not former-CSA).  Not quite as bad as you might expect from that description... but close.  The kids liked it, though. |

Adam And Six Eves
When it was released in 1962 it was Adults Only. Now...Rated-R. Very silly movie. But ya gots to love the ladies!  It can be best described as a silent picture with a narrator. The narrator tells jokes more or less in line with what's happening in the picture.
