Yeah my youngest with me in the wagon is a thrill seeker and my RC buddy. She has a Rustler VXL and a Typhon Grom and likes to drive with me. My oldest who was in the sled in the grass is a bit more skeptical of anything remotely dangerous. She didn't appreciate how fast I was driving.

| I preordered the pink/blue one. They are supposed to ship in a couple weeks. From the reviews on youtube they look pretty awesome. 50mph capable and they seem to take a lot of punishment and hold up. Getting back into RC after about 10 years and now I want one of everything lol. |

First impression out of the box is that it is heavy for it's size, even with out a battery in it. Looks killer in green. Attached File Won't get to run it till the weekend do to working 12 hour days. |

I got to mess with this thing a lil this morning and I keep thinking that this is what Traxxas should have done with the Mini XRT. Threaded body shocks with metal caps ( $60 option on the xrt ). Adjustable turn buckles up front. Steel drive shafts all around to the wheels ( $100 option on the Traxxas ). Aluminum wheel hexes. Nice lil truck. I do see the body mounting being a problem down the road, sooner or later the rod is going to get bent. The cage in the body is pretty stout though. I got to rip it around the drive a lil this morning and it freaking flies with the plug in. My drive is small so did not get a real full throttle pass but it is stupid fast for it's size. Needs a wheelie bar for sure. I really like my mini XRT, awesome truck so far. So far the mini Kraton IMO is a better buy. Time will tell on the toughness. The xrt is a lil beast. |

I ended up getting one for Fathers Day, I guess I made a separate thread on it. Anywho, it was plagued with issues. I hope it isnt a sign of Arrma's downward spiral. It wouldn't stay tracking straight. The steering trim would be out of trim every single pass. I chatted with support. They said its the servo. So I upgraded the servo. Same issue. They said servo saver. So I upgraded that. Then they said Radio. So I upgraded that. Then they said ESC/Rx unit, so they sent me a new one. None of these items fixed it. I told them maybe a bad wheel or even a defect in the suspension somewhere as the camber and toe wasn't even between the two sides. They said we'll, we need to see the unit at this point. So I said fine, give me the label. They said no label, you pay shipping. I said no way in hell Im paying shipping for this issue, its a defect. Im not going to be financially responsible for your defect. They said fine, no warranty work then. So I filed a chargeback with my CC. Just found out that I won the case and it is settled. Got $340 refunded, and get to keep the truck and the extra ESC. I ordered another from Amazon this time instead of direct from HH. I figure if I have another issue Amazon can swap it and I also wanted a different color to see if its just the exclusive unit or a single run that might be having issues so instead of green I went with the red. Good news is it will match my 8s.

I put the Injora servo in mine after the stock one broke. I bound mine to a DXc and so far no issues with dumb stuff like the stock radio. The stoke radio would give me glitchy steering some times even after changing the servo. I beat on it pretty hard and nothing broken yet. Good cars |
