I finished BCS and seems like Kim did not have a good outcome. Although she's not getting charged with anything, she's looking at a good civil suit she'll probably lose. She's no longer practicing law and if she did, all her earnings would go towards paying a judgment against her. She's in a relationship that seemed more of a casual friends with benefits situation. She's also in a job that seems slightly better than minimum wage and any judgment against her would really hurt her financially. Yes, it's just a show but not a good future for her I think. |

One of the themes of the show is that if you decide to play dirty, eventually good intentions always give way to bad decisions. You can be intelligent, canny, tough, strong-willed… and none of that will help in the end. |
