I think the Weller SiB is just a gimmick but they proof it at 97 instead of the standard 90 so it might have a nice profile. Normally I consider Blanton's to be mediocre bourbon in a fancy bottle but SFTB and Gold are both solid pours. The Michter's Toasted Barrel is a solid bottle but should be about half of that. Still I like it and rarely if ever see it in the wild. |

I concur on the Blanton's gold and sftb. I, personally, would add the very Olde st nick offerings. I've liked every variant I've tried and they're tough to come by. I haven't had any of the others, and can only speak for what I've actually tried. |

Those guys that buy wines by the case end up with bourbons they'll never drink on their shelves. |
