Tldr: reconstruction of flight path from numerous cctv cameras around the airport and detailed timeline. Hopefully they didn’t shut off a running engine, good pilotage getting back to the runway. Lesson: don’t float a gear up landing, get metal on the ground asap to increase drag. I found the correlation of cctv video very interesting. Keep in mind these are (relatively) junky ccd cameras. There are systems that do this to visually track aircraft that can’t be tracked via other methods. Just think how effective such a system could be with high quality cameras.
