This thing turned out great! | built it using an NH36 movement and a kit I found from a company called Dial Maker. The kit included a dial, horizontal full day wheel and matching lume date wheel. Full disclosure: it didn't work right out of the box —but that might have been something I did. I reached out to the company, but they never got back to me. The problem was that the day and date wheels wouldn't turn with the dial installed. I'm not sure why, since it looked about the same size as the TMI day/date wheel. After not hearing back from the company, I put a small laser-cut acrylic spacer between the dial and the movement. That fixed it, and I couldn't be happier!
