| Finslayer inspired me with this long running thread. I've always liked the Tudor brand, and the Pelagos is my favorite. I thought I wanted the 42, but the 39 is the sweet spot. Just got one yesterday from my wife for our 30th anniversary. Think it will be my new EDC. (or EDW) |
| Drooled a little bit catching up on this thread. Toyota, Tudor, and 1911 fan here. My father wears his FXD all the time. I love my BB41, but wish it was a P39 often. Still planning for a 36mm Explorer before buying a P39. One day… one day. I should sell one of my 4Runners or my Tundra and buy the watches I want. My wife loves her Tacoma. |

You convinced me OP. Picked one up today. It’s going to be a great daily driver. Will post a pic tomorrow. Wore it to an after hours work event today and had a few people notice and ask about it, which was interesting. Apparently it is striking in its simplicity. |

I need to get off my butt and send my Charizard to PSA to get graded. There is a non-zero chance that the final evolution of a charmander is not a Charizard, but instead a Tudor Pelagos FXD Marine Nationale.  I just got a big promotion at work and want to buy a watch to celebrate, but having two kids in daycare means I still need to sell stuff to pay for it.
